Grand Terrace, CA Houses for Rent

Cradled between Blue Mountain and La Loma Hills, Grand Terrace offers some amazing views. This little city is situated in San Bernardino County, 57 miles east of Los Angeles and 50 miles from the California coast. It is situated just south of San Bernardino, at the crossroads of the San Bernardino Freeway and the Riverside Freeway.

Grand Terrace is an award-winning city with top-rated schools, safe neighborhoods, and friendly residents. A technology magnet high school will open in 2011. Grand Terrace is close to several major colleges and universities, including San Bernardino Valley College, California State University-San Bernardino, and Crafton Hills College.

Grand Terrace can trace its history back to the late 1800s but the city wasn’t incorporated until 1978. The city enjoys a low crime rate, a strong economy, and a stable city budget. Close to the desert and the mountains and a short drive to the beaches, those who enjoy the outdoors will enjoy living in Grand Terrace.
