About 501 Beach Dr

This recently remodeled, fully-furnished and air conditioned 2 bedroom, one and one-half bath unit is two levels with hardwood floors, quartz counter-tops and ocean views from the living room and both bedrooms. There is a kitchen with a breakfast bar (seating for three - no separate dining area), living room and powder room on the first level. The L/R has a bay window with a counter and four chairs so you can eat a meal, drink your coffee or work on your computer while enjoying a panoramic view of the beach and ocean. We call it the "sand bar." There is also a 54' ROKU TV with surround sound so that you can sign in to your streaming services. There is no live TV. The second level contains two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a private washer/dryer. Bedroom 1 has a queen size murphy bed that easily converts to a desk if you need another place to work. The second bedroom has two twin beds with pillow-top mattresses that can be combined to make a king size bed. There are no TVs in the bedrooms. From the second level you go up to an amazing rooftop deck with a teak table and four chairs as well as two teak steamer chairs (the deck is shared - but just with us and we seldom use it). There is free WIFI as well as a CAT5 internet hookup. There is designated off-street parking for one car. All utilities are included. We have a very strict no party policy. There is no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property. A small pet may be considered with an additional security deposit and cleaning fee. Minimum 30 day rental. Available 10/5/24. The unit is NOT available February 2025.
