The living room features a large picture window providing views of the ocean, Catalina Island on a clear day, and those beautiful California sunsets all year long while just outside of the front door is a large shared patio to enjoy that morning cup of coffee. The kitchen has white cabinets with granite counter tops, a freestanding gas range, with a small refrigerator.
