The house was built soundproof, since my daughter is a musician. He can barely hear any noise from outside or inside . You have access to the entire house.. some outdoors and common area are to share on very rare occasions. We recommend once a month cleaning for the long-term stay. For beach lovers, we have water hose outside. Please rinse off all the sands outside. No professional videography, no filming , or photography are allowed inside our homes, without a prior authorization or consent.
