This one bedroom one and a half bath loft style condominium. The condo is three minutes away from the 405 freeway 10 minutes away from Sofi and surrounding facilities. The unit has a new tile job vanities & bathroom lights. Kitchen was recently remodeled and features recessed lights on dimmer switch. There is one parking space in the underground parking garage. The parking the sewage and the water are all paid for. You would pay for the electricity. The unit is on the third floor and the laundry room and elevator are close to the unit.
