The home offers ample tree shade in the backyard over the pool, making it a great retreat even in the summer. Start your day with a morning coffee on the patio, surrounded by hummingbirds and butterflies. Stay productive with 500 Mbps high-speed mesh Wi-Fi throughout the house and backyard, and multiple laptop-friendly working areas. Take an afternoon dip in the deep saltwater pool or enjoy outdoor dining on the patio. Gather around the fire pit or relax in the hot tub spa in the evening. There is an optional fee to heat the pool, which should be requested at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. This service is an additional $99.00 per night with a minimum of 2 nights required. We can sometimes accommodate one small dog under 10 lbs, which must be pre-approved and pre-paid. The fee is $450 non-refundable for one small dog. All guests staying overnight must be listed on the reservation. Adult guests must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking, with a valid ID required. La Quinta has a noise ordinance with quiet hours from 10pm to 7am, and noise levels must remain below 70 decibels at all times. Noise is actively monitored using a noise sensor. Regular maintenance services, including pool, pest, and gardening, are scheduled and posted at the home. Guests are responsible for managing trash bins during their stay, and any sanitation violation citations will be charged to the guest. No parties, large gatherings, or extra guests are allowed. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi with multiple mesh points for full coverage throughout the house and backyard, multiple laptop-friendly working areas, and an extra monitor for laptops if a larger screen is needed.
