Fabulous country house with an amazing deck overlooking a seasonal stream and large backyard! This is one of three houses on 120 acres. The upgraded kitchen features granite countertops and a full range of appliances. There are vaulted ceilings, recessed lighting, a full laundry and new carpets. High speed internet access options are available. Water and garbage are included in rent. There is a fenced back yard to relax in and enjoy the scenery. A small pet is negotiable. Please do not trespass. Located a bit more than 10 miles from the bottom of the hill split and it takes about 30 minutes to drive up to the house. Some people loose cell reception up here. We encourage you to print the photos and watch the odometer from the split. Look at the last few photos and when driving look for the sign that says Widger Handyman service.
