Income: -Gross monthly income must be 2.5x the rental amount. -Applicants in a group can combine their income to meet the required 2.5x income. -If an applicant does not have the necessary income, they will require a co-signor that meets the co-signor requirements. Credit Score: -Must be above a 650 Credit Score.
