It's also close to highway 710, minutes to neighboring areas like San Pedro, ~30' drive to Downtown Los Angeles/Santa Monica; ~20' drive to Hermosa/Manhattan beach. Else, the central LB train station is within walking distance. The train goes directly to LA downtown. Whether you are a solo renter, a couple, or a group of people, enjoy the comfortable and beautiful condo at the beach! There is also an extra small, cute room with a twin bed - good for for sleeping - if you need it - it is again a small room, however. The couch in the living room is a pullout with a built-in mattress - after pulling it out (a very quick and easy setup), it becomes a comfy bed itself! * To get around, you can walk, bike, or scooter, or drive if you like, to the main attractions in Long beach like the marina, harbor, downtown, LB lighthouse, etc. * Parking is free street parking. You can also acquire a long-term paid (annual) parking permit in the neighborhood.
