The subject unit is really a Cute, spacious 2BR, 1 Full Bath apartment. It's located in the desirable area of Tujunga North of Foothill Blvd. It was remodeled couple of years ago with Granite Counter tops, new cabinets in the kitchen and Hard Wood Floors. It has stainless steel and black appliances and the refrigerator is included in the rent. It's located on the second floor of a 4 Units (two stories building) and it's the last one. No body from the other tenants will pass in front of this unit. From the living room window , you have beautiful views of the mountains. THERE IS NO LAUNDRY IN THE UNIT NOR IN THE BUILDING. Also there is no dishwasher. IT'S BEEN FRESHLY PAINTED FEW DAYS AGO AND IT'S READY TO MOVE IN!!!!!
