Carpeted 1 bedroom unit. This is a very quiet building seeking the same of the next tenant. Given that it is an older building it is simply required. It's just not the place for noise. If you're looking for a quiet place to come home to and other considerate tenants then this might be for you. This is an upstairs unit with a surprising amount of closet space. Without furniture in the pics it's a bit hard to tell just how large the space is. It's a big space. It has carpet with a great pad underneath. This has one parking space (most vehicles fit). We are near shopping and 405 and 10 freeways, about a mile from UCLA and Beverly Hills.
