A closet and workspace/vanity are also available, with fast WiFi connectivity and a desk for work or study. There is a candle-lit fireplace for relaxation, and privacy can be ensured with blackout pull-down shades. Additionally, USB ports are located on each outlet near the bed, and power strips are easily accessible on the side table and desk for convenient charging and staying connected. Eye masks are also provided on the bedside table, along with a wireless Qi charging pad for your convenience. ?In the living room, you will find a spacious 55" 4K Roku TV, perfect for entertainment and relaxation. Take a seat on the comfortable full-sized couch and use the coffee table as a bench for extra seating. There's also a stool tucked away under the side table for added simplicity and usefulness. You can enjoy your streaming apps using Roku's guest mode, which automatically protects your account and resets after your stay. Alternatively, you can use Mirror Cast to stream content from your own devices over WiFi. An Xbox 360 is also available with classic DVDs and games for a quick escape and entertainment for all ages.??In the kitchen, you will find plenty of counter space, various pots and pans, cooking accessories, and baking sheets to assist you in your culinary endeavors. There is a 24" industrial gas range with 4 multipurpose gas burners at your disposal, capable of handling any meal you can imagine during your stay. We also provide all the cutlery and plates you need to present your creations. Additionally, a microwave is available for quick meals, and the dishwasher will quickly take care of the dishes. We have also provided simple seasonings and olive oil to help you get started. Coffee and tea enthusiasts will be pleased to know we have provided a coffee maker with coffee pods, tea bags, and a French press to suit your preference (ground coffee not provided). Finally, there is a large capacity Brita water filtration device in the fridge and ice trays in the freezer, which will be refilled by our staff after each stay so that you can enjoy cool, fresh water upon your arrival.??In the bathroom, you'll find a luxurious walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead and a spa-like ambiance. The hot water heats up quickly, and the steam from the shower mixes with dried eucalyptus leaves to give you a unique and refreshing scent. We provide high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to help you feel renewed and refreshed after your shower. If you need it, there's also a shower stool available.   The custom-made vanity features chevron-paneled doors that open with a gentle push in the middle. You'll find extra towels for your hands, body, and makeup and a hair dryer. There's also additional toilet paper and tissue paper if you need it. The sink is large and has a hidden drain to keep it looking sleek and clean. The lighting is motion-activated, but you can turn it off manually with the push of a button. The fan/light combo is powerful enough to handle a bathroom larger than this, and it turns on automatically when humidity rises, or you can turn it on manually.??The front patio has tall, 6' teak-like fencing and a lockable entrance gate that ensures privacy. It boasts a beautiful cobblestone-like entrance bordered by lush green turf. You can enjoy your morning coffee or have your meals outdoors on the cushioned conversation chairs beside a side table, under the string lights. You can also have some added fun with the lawn dominos. The patio is off the public easement, and some neighbors use it to walk their dogs or head to the park across the street for a picnic. You may encounter a few curious furry friends trying to sniff under the fence.??We offer a variety of board games for your enjoyment, and you can also find a yoga mat in the closet, as well as extra sheets and blankets to make yourself comfortable on the couch. The rooms are well-lit with recessed lighting set to 4000K "cool white," giving them an open and bright feel. The common areas are bathed in natural sunlight through frosted glazed windows, creating a beautiful impressionistic view of the sky. To make your stay even more convenient, we supply detergent sheets for the combo washer/dryer unit, which uses innovative technology to wash and dry your clothes in one go. You'll also find a steamer in the bedroom closet to help with wrinkled clothing, or use the ironing setting on the washer/dryer for a quick steam on your outfit.??Our bungalow has a 12,000 BTU mini-split system that can cool or warm the space to your ideal temperature using an easy-to-use remote control. We take pride in providing all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. As for guest access, our bungalow meets the soundproofing standards and codes of LADBS. You can enjoy complete privacy and a separate entrance during your stay. You will have full and exclusive access to the address, including the connected front patio, which ensures a private oasis for your visit. Feel free to come and go as you please, knowing we value your privacy. Parking is free on the front street except for Fridays 9AM-11AM due to street cleaning.
