A couple "housekeeping" items: Yes this is a real and honest ad (!), you'll be able to confirm that because we'll want to actually meet & tour the place before proceeding. Also, this is for a private room + common areas, not all 4 rooms. Plus this is how we know you are a real human and actually read the ad :) The House Spacious 4-bedroom / 3.5-bath house that's fully furnished. Complete kitchen with Sub-Zero fridge, Viking stove, and Viking dishwasher. Dining room + living room + rooftop + TV/theatre room (pictured with the burgundy curtains), large 4K TV (w/ Netflix, HBO, etc.), WiFi, washer/dryer, and so on. The house is modern, spacious, and comfortable ("hygge" might I add!). Utilities are included! So it's just the flat monthly rental amount. The Location We're in Brentwood, blocks away from the San Vicente Blvd strip, which is full of great restaurants, cafes, bars, groceries, and shopping. Brentwood is great in general because it's one of the only areas of LA where the other popular neighborhoods are all in easy reach- like Santa Monica, Venice, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Westwood. Especially because we're near both the 405 and the 10 leading in all directions, so we don't have to fight much street traffic to hop on the freeway. The Room The room's offered on a monthly basis that can either be short-term or go longterm. The room is furnished, and the rest of the house is furnished, so you're taken care of there. Please note that some of the photos have some zoomed out fisheye effect, unfortunately this can make the room seem slightly larger than it is, but this was to try capturing the entire space in one photo! Parking We have a 2-car garage but unfortunately it's full. That being said, the street parking is really easy on our street, especially for Brentwood- no permit required. We park on the street ourselves all the time. Group We generally work in "professional-type" careers. We're social, clean, respectful, laid-back, and easy to get along/live with. We typically keep it low-key on weeknights- occasional dinner, happy hour, gym, catch up on errands. We like to be out and about on weekend days and out socially weekend nights, but without bringing the party home. Sometimes we may casually hangout here and there, but sometimes everyone's busy with their own lives, either way works! We're non-smoking, no drama, and into health/fitness/wellness. Looking for... Same sort of description above in terms of clean, respectful, laid-back, easy to get along with, etc. Obviously able to pay rent always on time. Pretty much a normal person! Sorry but no smoking inside the house, no couples, and no pets. Thanks!
