Spacious 3 BR Marina del Rey House in Quiet Area Close to Everything! Please note this is for a WINTER (~3-6 MONTH) Short Term Rental Only I'm headed out of town for work this Winter and am looking to short term lease my 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom House in Marina del Rey. Not only is it convenient to essentially everywhere on the Westside such as Playa Vista, Marina del Rey, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, LAX, the Getty, etc, but it is also only a 10 - 15 minute bike ride away from the breathtaking Playa del Rey beach via the picturesque Balboa Creek bike path which happens to be literally in front of the house. It's also minutes away from both the 90 and 405 freeways. The approximately 2,200 square foot house was remodeled a few years ago by world-renowned interior designer Justin Brooks (famous for being Starbucks' top designer) and features an elegant yet simple open floor plan that is modern enough yet retains its old-world charm and ambiance. We like to call it 'Mid-Century Safari' vibes. The house is nestled at the end of a panoramic tree-lined street in the quiet Marina del Rey/Mar Vista neighborhood. It has it's own short driveway for private parking and ample street parking available. It comes fully furnished and has all the usual amenities you can expect of a lived-in home such as fast wifi, coffee machines, heat + air conditioning, kettles, all the cooking accessories you could want, smart TVs, fridge, iron + ironing board, hair dryers, and a mini-washer, among many others. Only restrictions are: no garage access to the dryer, and no parties/loud music/gatherings are allowed past 10 PM as it's a residential area and we have to be respectful of our neighbors. We can also arrange a cleaning for you at any time during your stay for an extra fee. Available starting Jan 15th 2024 onwards for any term period (Ideally 1 - 3 months).
