Duplex apartment. Complete remodel. All new floors and windows throughout, all new HVAC, new kitchen, including appliances, and new bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer in each unit. There is a shared driveway for 1 car per unit and shared front and rear yard. Each unit includes a single 1920's garage (which is unfortunately not big enough for a modern car) but is a great space for extra storage, bicycles, toys, etc. There is also one extra windowed storage / workspace / office available for rent at an additional fee (please see pictures). The extra space is located in the back yard and is approximately 120 sq feet.
