A month to month rental, it provides an easy place to land when you are moving to or checking out LA. Ready to move in with everything provided. Lovely, private, serene bungalow nestled in the Hollywood Hills underneath the Hollywood sign. Venetian plastered walls, french tile, organic queen bed, 700 count sheets, in addition, living room has sofa, table and chairs..large kitchen, clawfoot tub, this place is a great respite from the hustle and bustle. AC/Heating. The hollywood hills is really a great spot to discover LA from. Very close to everything, yet secured and lots of hiking trails nearby. There's a wonderful cafe a short block down the hill and also a small grocery store to stock up on. Many hiking trails in the neighborhood and right up the hill is the iconic Hollywood sign! Your own Hollywood oasis awaits. $2750 includes all utilities, internet, furnishings, kitchen needs (dishes, silverware, pans, etc). All you need to set up is your toothbrush. This is a month to month rental. Security ($1500) and first month rent required.
