One room available in my two bedroom apartment. It is located within walking distance to The Grove, Melrose Avenue and Pan Pacific Park. It is a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with many coffee shops & restaurants close by. The Grove is a short walk with an AMC Theater there too, which is awesome. The apartment is a ground floor unit which I love and I have it kitted out well with everything you need for cooking including, blenders, sous vide, air fryer and many other cooking utensils & appliances. The front room has a flatscreen TV & an auto projector with surround sound for your use. The back yard has a hot tub, fire pit, dart board, bbq, table/chairs and lounging beds. I also have some basic workout equipment in the backyard too. Looking for long term tenant but will consider short term. I have a pet dog who is very friendly so hoping to get someone who loves animals. I work in entertainment, travel quite frequently and love to work out. All utilities /internet & Netflix etc are included. First and last month rent required on move in as well as a deposit. Room is fully furnished.
