The kitchen is equipped with basic necessities, including a coffee maker, microwave, fridge, cutting boards, trash can, and a basic set of plates, utensils, and cookware. For extra comfort, cotton sheets, towels, and pillows are all provided. Enjoy the rooftop escape with a hot tub and spectacular views of downtown Los Angeles for relaxation and unwinding. Building amenities include an on-site laundry room and ongoing support from the management team, with an on-site representative available. There is no parking in the building, but there are parking garages all around the block which charge a daily fee of $20. Pets are welcomed with an additional $500 refundable pet deposit and $65/month rent payments. Housekeeping services are available at an additional $299 per visit, which includes deep cleaning, washing and replacing sheets and towels, and refilling cleaning and grooming products.
