Credit Score: -Must be above a 650 Credit Score. If an applicant does not meet the required credit score, they will need a co-signor. -If applicants do not meet the credit requirements, we will require co-signors that meet the co-signor requirements. -If applicants do not have a credit score, we will require co-signors that meet the co-signor requirements. Criminal History: -Any convictions of felony or conviction for a crime against a person. Evictions: -No prior evictions within the last seven years.
