**Available for Rent between June 22 - August 10th, 2025** LEASE CAN BE EXTENDED TO 7 WEEKS. Originally a 3 Bedroom, 2 bath, we have converted 2 of the bedrooms into offices, so the house is ideal for a couple who would be working out of the home. We are foodies, so the kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need to make a great meal, including a dishwasher and toaster oven (however please note there is no microwave). The house was built in 2023 so everything is brand new! Coming in at around 1200 sq ft, it feels luxurious for 2 people living in Los Angeles. You'll have lots of space! It is fully furnished with a Queen bed, a walk in closet and a wall-mounted TV that has all the streaming channels. This house is located in El Sereno, South Of Huntington Drive, in a very old, quiet neighborhood in East LA lined with Palm trees. We are 10 minutes away from USC Keck Medical Center and Cal State LA, and 15 minutes away from Highland Park! We are just a few minutes drive from fanatistic local hiking spots Ascot Hills and Ernst E. Debs Park, and there are multiple taco stands and local eateries within a 2 mile radius. There are 7 grocery stores within a 10 minute drive, including a Costco. The house also comes with: parking (1 spot), central heat/air, a back patio (where we have a grill), laundry, walking distance to bodega, utilities and wifi included in rental rate Please note that there are 3 stairs at the front door and that the hallway is not wide enough for a wheelchair. We are two filmmakers who are looking for someone, or a couple, that is clean and quiet to enjoy our home while we're gone. Please be aware that this is a "back house" and there are longterm tenants in the "front house" on the property. You have a fence for privacy, but will share a driveway with them. Rental requirements: If you are interested please tell me a little bit about yourself! Where you're from, why you will be in LA, what you do, etc etc. We will do a zoom interview with you before renting, a credit check, a criminal background check on everyone who will be residing in the house, and ask for references. This is because we have other tenants on the property (in a separate house) who's safety we need to ensure. Refundable security deposit of $750 required upon signing contract. Pets Policy: Pets will be allowed on a case by case basis. We have one cat (as pictured) but she will be traveling with us.
