APARTMENT-MATE NEEDED - 1 Private Bedroom in 2 Bedroom Duplex, Shared Bath My apartment-mate is moving out in the middle of September, so I'm looking for a new one to share my two bedroom / one bathroom duplex by October 1, or earlier if you need it. It has more space than any other apartment you're looking at right now and a month-to-month lease for flexibility. Rent is $1,500/month including ALL utilities. That's right, that includes water, power, trash, wi-fi Internet, parking permit hang tag, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, toilet paper, dish soap, sponges, bathroom hand soap, and light bulbs for the common areas. In other words, utilities and things we both use that would be a hassle to split all the time! ABOUT THE APARTMENT - Your own private unfurnished bedroom (pictures show both unfurnished and furnished as an example), shared bathroom - Huge front/living room, full kitchen, and recently renovated bathroom (all furnished) - Free laundry (both washer and dryer) in kitchen - Easy permit street parking, I've never had trouble finding a spot - Central A/C and heat - Month-to-month rent, no long-term contract - Your bedroom is spacious, has a big closet, plenty of natural light, and an overhead fan / light - 4.4 miles from UCLA, a few blocks west of the Grove / Farmer's Market ABOUT ME - 26-year old lady with a 9-6 job as a Legal Assistant - Always goes to sleep by 11 pm - Graduated from UCLA four years ago - Quiet, clean, and keep to myself ABOUT YOU - You have a full-time job and usually go to sleep before midnight - You are quiet, respectful, and responsible - You clean up after yourself and have been told you're great to live with by previous roommates
