Residents have sense of community, it is quiet, cozy and heartwarming. This is a 1 bedroom house, can sleep 3, comes fully furnished. Upper level, entirely private, no sharing. New appliances, renovated kitchen and bath, fully renovated cabin, in the heart of civilization. Fully digital self check in instructions, will be emailed to you 1 day before arrival. No need to meet anyone upon your arrival. You can check in anytime after 3pm. A smoke free, pet free building. Please help us keep it that way. Amazing Location in the heart of charming Pacific Palisades Village. Walk to shops right outside your door. Short stroll to the breathtaking Palisades Bluffs, and sandy beaches of Pacific Palisades, where you will enjoy the most spectacular views and Sunsets. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach, 10 min drive to the heart of Santa Monica, UCLA, the Pier and The 3rd Street Mall. The unit has hardwood flooring, and is furnished with brand new furniture, flat screen HDTV, free WIFI, a full size bed (can sleep 2 comfortably), sofa (sleeps 1, but is not a sofa bed, just a sofa), with all new and clean sheets and bedding materials, pillows with cover, and blankets, night stands, and dresser. We can provide an air mattress if there are 4 of you. Bright and airy cabin. Very Private, you get the entire little home to yourself. Peaceful, serene, and quiet setting and environment. It is just you and the elements, yet immediately adjacent to vibrant civilization, at the charming Pacific Palisades village. Relax on your own private patio. This property is a real retreat. Kitchen has stove/oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. Complete Home, not sharing with anyone, all supplies in there for a week stay. Unit is supplied with your own private washer dryer. You can buy more supplies from Gelson's Market (2 min walk). Come relax and have fun, and smell the salt in the ocean breeze. There are a dozen good restaurants, each unique in the food they serve, very reasonable prices, within 1 minute walking distance, in the immediate neighborhood. You will not run out of choices for what you want to eat. Kitchen has a fridge, microwave, 4 burner stove and oven, pots and pans and utensils. Everything you need to cook a good meal. The building is on Haverford Ave., just west of Via De La paz (1 min walk). Minutes drive to UCLA, Century City, Down Town LA, beaches and freeways. Neighborhood is very safe, very cozy Mediterranean style near ocean village, near all. Public transportation within 1 min walk, will get you anywhere in town in no time. Basic essentials (shampoo, paper towels, toilet papers, etc.) are supplied for the first week of your stay. You must replenish them if you are staying for a longer time period. Clean towels and sheets are provided. We can provide a total cleaning of your unit, including new sheets, towels, and the essentials, for a fee equal to the original cleaning fee. Let us know if you wish to use that option please. We can do this weekly, biweekly or anytime you wish. You must request this service in writing and pay the fee before it is done. Non emergency repair requests during off hours will be attended to on the 1st business day, thereafter.
