The happy, cozy studio guesthouse has hardwood floors and comes completely furnished with a queen bed, bedside dresser with lamp, fold-down sofa, coffee table, desk, and wardrobe. Linens and towels may also be provided. Laundry on site in the main house - just coordinate with me via text! The kitchenette (NOTE: not a full kitchen) comes complete with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric two-burner cook top, electric tea kettle, and some dishes/silverware. No proper stove or sink, sorry :( Full private bathroom has been updated with stand-up tile shower (not pictured) and new vanity. Private entrance through pretty French doors that open to a back courtyard. Have a bite in the comfortable, sunny outdoor dining space and relax around the fire pit under our fruitful orange tree. The back yard is shared with the tenant in the other studio, me, my husband, our baby daughter, and our 9lb. pup. Please only email if you're comfortable with dogs! She's small and super friendly. Awesome neighborhood - walk 2 blocks to downtown Culver City - full of delicious restaurants, new movie theater, fun bars, several coffee shops and co-working spaces, Sony Studios, and the Kirk Douglas Theatre. The Palms Expo Line Stop and the Blue bus to UCLA are also within walking distance. It's a lovely neighborhood to take walks in and there are a bunch of green spaces nearby, as well as a Sprouts, Von's, Trader Joe's, and Tuesday and Sunday farmer's markets within walking distance.
