Kitchen area has tiled floors, includes gas stove, and a refrigerator. The bathroom area has a half-body mirror above the sink also with tiled floor. The vacant unit is located on the second floor of the apartment complex in the middle of the hall, the utilities provided are gas and water. There is a no pet policy, no smoking inside of the building policy, and street parking only for those who have a parking permit for district 36 (onsite manager has more information on this). A washer and dryer on each floor for use between the hours of 8 a.m. - 9 p.m., a total of 20 units inside of the apartment complex, no noise complaints, onsite manager. Great location with many eateries including a Starbucks at a walking distance, The Grove, Parks, and a peaceful community. Ongoing construction on Wilshire on the weekends due to the purple line.
