The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer, has a cool balcony that overlooks the Lake Merritt park, and access to a large shared outdoor patio with a fireplace that’s perfect for social distant visits! The condo is built into the hill side and has awesome unobstructed views of Oakland. Street parking only. Rent is $2,050 and includes utilities (internet, water, trash collection, gas and electric). 1 month security deposit required. 6 month minimum lease.
