This unit was remodeled a few years ago. It has an incredible ocean view. This is a quiet complex. There are no parties. We are very tight and community that really do care about each other and we are looking for people that are considerate and conscious of their neighbors. No late partying or drugs or alcohol Issues. We do allow pets with a small deposit of $300 along with approving the pet. No large dogs.
