This studio is perfect for couples and business travel. This studio is on the ground floor of a two-story house in the beautiful coastal community of Pacifica. It was recently updated, including new stainless steel kitchen appliances. There's a small desk, high-speed WiFi, and a dining table. There is also a private full bathroom with shower toiletries. Watch TV on the 55 inch smart TV or enjoy the shared deck with views of the hills. Walk to the beach, close to local eateries. There is one memory foam queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Shared laundry is available in the garage. We live upstairs from the unit. While there is a private entrance to the private studio, the backyard and laundry spaces are shared. You will have a separate entrance through a gate on the side of the house. The backyard has multiple levels of decks and a basketball hoop. There is shared laundry in the garage.
