The primary room features a king-size bed, en suite bathroom, a pullout couch, cozy fireplace, and a TV for your entertainment needs. Bedroom two offers a restful queen-size bed, while bedroom three doubles as a game room with a pullout sofa bed for two, complete with games. The fourth bedroom is a private Casita with a king-size bed, its own bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette. Unleash your culinary skills in the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking and entertaining, whether indoors or by the outdoor dining area. The living area offers an open space with comfortable seating and a streaming-ready Smart TV, perfect for sports or movie nights. Expansive glass sliders allow seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces. Pets are welcome with a $75 pet fee, allowing for an additional deep clean after your stay. Pool heating is available for an additional $99 per night with a minimum of two nights required. Early or late check-in is available for an additional $25 per hour. Parking is available for a maximum of four vehicles. The person renting the house must be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs. The garage is not available for use. A laptop computer is not included.
