Enjoy pool toys, floats, games, and complimentary sunscreen and pool towels. The outdoor area also includes a BBQ, dining table with 8 chairs, huge orange bean bag chairs, built-in hammocks, a propane fire pit with seating for 6, an outdoor shower, and a bocce ball court. The kitchen boasts brand new appliances, a complimentary tea and coffee station, a KEURIG machine with coffee pods, and cooking basics. Bedrooms are equipped with bedside tables, white noise sound machines, built-in full-length mirror sliding closets, extra pillows and bedding, and dimmable recessed lighting with ceiling fans. Pets are welcome with a fee of $75 per pet, per stay. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and no pets are to be left unattended in the home. Extra pet fees will be added through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. The pool heater incurs a daily fee of $100, billed prior to your arrival if requested. Our property is professionally managed, with a team available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM and a 24/7 emergency line for urgent issues. The pool technician cleans the pool on Tuesday and Friday mornings, and the landscaper comes once a week on Monday mornings. Trash service is on Thursday mornings. The home is located in the desert, so sand may be present, especially when windy. Our pool cleaner tries to keep the pool clean, but some sand may remain. A digital guest book is provided to make your stay seamless, filled with useful information about the property and local recommendations.
