There is an optional fee to heat the pool, which is $99 per night with a minimum of 2 nights required. The request to heat the pool should be made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. The house is approximately a 10-minute drive from the airport, and while some guests have noted occasional airplane noise, most find it to be a minor concern and not disruptive to their stay.
