This charming 3-bedroom home is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it an ideal choice for families looking to create unforgettable memories. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, perfect for family meals. Spacious living areas with smart TVs are ideal for movie nights or relaxing together. The master suite features a cozy California king bed, smart TV, and French doors opening to the backyard. Ensuite bathroom features a large tiled shower and double vanity. Guest bedrooms include two cozy rooms each with a queen bed, smart TV, and ample storage space. Shared bathroom with a convenient tub and shower combo. There is an optional fee to heat the pool. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. This service is an additional $99 added to your stay each night you use the pool heating service, a minimum of 2 nights is required. Pets are allowed for a flat fee of $150 per stay. Relax House is located in Desert Park Estates, a mixed architectural residential neighborhood in North Palm Springs, CA, where many of its homes were built in the 1950’s up to the 2000’s. This area is very quiet, and just a few miles away from Albertsons, Starbucks, EOS Gym, Walgreens, and Victoria Park. Just minutes away from downtown Palm Springs, you get easy access to the most vibrant part of the city without all the noise that comes with it. Explore local attractions including the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, charming day spas, and family-friendly hiking trails, all within close proximity. Outdoor music is prohibited per Palm Springs ordinance. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Any fines related to city ordinance violations will be paid by the guest. The person renting our house must be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs. Some guests have noted the home's location near the airport to be a bit noisier than they would have liked. Most guests have not found it to be an issue but this may be something to consider as you're booking your vacation.
