The living area offers an open space with plenty of comfortable seating, a cozy fireplace, and a streaming-ready Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, elegant dishware, and glassware, as well as a coffee station and amenities for cocktails. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably with additional seating for 6 at the counter. Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles, with the garage fitting one large truck or van or two medium cars. Pets are welcome with a fee of $75 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. There is an optional fee to heat the pool, which costs $99 per night and should be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival. A security hold of $750 will be processed 5 days prior to arrival and returned on checkout day post-inspection for damages.
