The Steel House offers an open area with plenty of comfortable seating and a streaming-ready Smart TV, perfect for sports or movie nights. An expansive glass slider allows seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces, with convenient access to the backyard from multiple locations in the home. The fully equipped kitchen features all new appliances, ready for you to make delicious meals with elegant dishware and glassware as well as a coffee station. Appliances include stove/oven, professional hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and blender. Coffee options include ground coffee makers. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably. Parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Pets are welcome with a fee of $75 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets. There is an optional fee to heat the pool, which should be requested at least 48 hours prior to your arrival, costing $99 per night. 1 highchair and 1 Pack ‘n Play are available upon request at no extra charge. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. Any fines related to city ordinance violations will be paid by the guest. The person renting the house must be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs. The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government-issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.
