Fully furnished 1bdrm guesthouse on 2 acres in Penngrove, walking distance to downtown. Everything is included in the rent; Cable, Dedicated Wifi, Electric, Gas, Water, Trash, Sewer and Laundry access. Granite countertops, Stainless Steel appliances, A/C, Flat screen Smart TV's in the living room and bedroom, queen size bed, and a 140 yr old clawfoot tub/shower. We live across the driveway, so no common walls. There is a large covered patio that has a BBQ, table/chairs, heater and lounge chairs, with a private backyard that has an organic Vegi garden and a storage shed for things like bikes, camping equip etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils you would need to cook a Thanksgiving turkey dinner, except the turkey. It even comes with a Christmas tree and decorations for you to put on it. There is off street parking for two cars. EV charging is available at an additional cost based on usage. No smoking/vaping of anything allowed on the property. No drug use, this includes marijuana. No drama. The rent is $3000 a month, with all utilities, cable, wi-fi included. Reasonable dog considered for an additional $200 per month pet fee and additional $1,000 security deposit. Refundable security deposit is $4500. Credit report fee of $50 and proof of employment required after your application is accepted. Minimum 6 month stay. The guesthouse is spotless, you are welcome to view it with advance notice. Reasonable dog considered with a increased security deposit and a $200 per month pet fee. $50 credit report fee due once your application is accepted and proof of employment is confirmed. No drama. Rent is $3,000 per month and is to be set up on an auto-pay system. Refundable security deposit is $4,500 without a dog, $5,500 with a dog. $150 exit cleaning fee for all tenants, $250 exit cleaning if you have a dog. The guesthouse will be handed over to you in spotless condition having just gone through a deep cleaning, you are expected to maintain it in good condition with regular cleaning.
