All applicants must be willing and able to provide documentation to support income requirement. Must show 2 months of bank statements, 2 years of continuous employment history. Total combined gross monthly income to show 3x’s the monthly rent. Must show clean credit without evictions or bankruptcy within the past 7 years. NO PETS, NO Smoking/Vaping nor use of any recreational drugs or illegal fire arms anywhere on premises. There is an 8'x 12' Metal Shed for Storage if needed. Storage other than in the Storage shed is not allowed. No Storage of any unused or non operational vehicles. Electricity and Gas are the only utilities Tenants pay for.
