Victoria Gardens Neighborhood

The Victoria Gardens neighborhood is located in the city of Rancho Cucamonga, which is located in San Bernardino County. This county is located east of Los Angeles in Southern California. As the population in Southern California has grown over the years, the urban areas have pushed farther east into the desert. This has created large suburban areas in places like San Bernardino County.

Victoria Gardens is located just south of the Angeles National Forest, which is a heavily wooded mountain range that forms the backdrop for much of Southern California. Various mountain communities are accessible to Victoria Gardens and include winter sports such as skiing and snowboarding. The original Route 66 runs very close the Victoria Gardens neighborhood for those that appreciate historical landmarks.

In Southern California there are many things to do and the Victoria Gardens neighborhood is no exception. Most communities take pride in their green spaces, and residents of Victoria Gardens can enjoy local parks such as Adults Sports Park, Victoria Lakes Park and Rancho Cucamonga Central Park. For those that enjoy shopping, there is the Terra Vista Town Center Shopping Center nearby. In addition, there is the large Ontario Mills entertainment and shopping complex, which is a short drive down the 15 freeway.

Traffic is a major part of living in Southern California and residents must adapt over time to freeway congestion. Still, there are many different freeways in Southern California and both residents and visitors can get around fairly easily. There are some public transportation options, but most of the individuals in this neighborhood can get on the 15 freeway to the east, the 210 freeway to the north and the 10 freeway to the south. In addition, the Ontario International Airport is nearby for those that want to utilize air travel.
