Highland Reserve Neighborhood

Situated on the north side of Roseville, Highland Reserve is a conveniently located, primarily residential California neighborhood. This community is roughly bounded by the Harold T. Bizz Johnson Expressway on the north, Old Highway 65/Washington Boulevard on the west, and Pleasant Grove Boulevard and Roseville Parkway on the east. Its southern boundary is more complex, extending to Pleasant Grove Boulevard, Brookhaven Drive, Crescent Drive, and Gold Coast Drive/Trehowell Drive. Highland Reserve is part of Placer County and is in the 95678 zip code.

This community is made up mainly of single-family housing, though several commercial options are situated within the neighborhood. They include a Wal-Mart Supercenter, a grocery store, and a few eateries.

This community is also desirable because of its schools. Vencil Brown School and George A. Buljan Middle School are within neighborhood bounds, and several private schools are just outside of its southern boundary and easily within walking distance.

Minutes from downtown Roseville and only a 30-minute drive from downtown Sacramento, Highland Reserve offers residents plenty to see and do. For golfers, the community is a dream come true since it is immediately north of Diamond Oaks Municipal Golf Course and the Sierra View Country Club. Two additional golf courses are just a few miles west, easily accessible via nearby Pleasant Grove Boulevard.

Another feature of the Highland Reserve neighborhood is its proximity to shopping and dining. Several large shopping centers, including the Westfield Galleria, are just one mile east of this community. Probably the most prominent shopping center in the city, the Galleria hosts several major department stores, big-name home goods stores, at least 240 specialty boutiques, and several popular restaurants.

For local health care, residents of Highland Reserve are just a few miles west of both the Sutter Roseville Medical Center and the Kaiser Permanente Roseville Medical Center.
