Renting an efficiency-studio. We are looking for a professional or a respectful University student. Monthly rent is $1250 monthly, including utilities and WIFI. Requires a deposit of a one month security deposit that will be refunded based on the condition the tenant return the property. Please know that we are only looking for a professional renter.
