Tenant may maintain landscape personally, or pay a monthly fee of $75 for service to be provided by owner. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. (water, sewer and trash will be posted to tenants ledger while SMUD/PG&E will be in Tenants name) Please note that this property is not currently rent ready. Our office will not be able to perform a showing until the property is ready to rent. Please do not disturb any occupants. Application will be reviewed on a first come, first reviewed basis.
