Inside, you're greeted by the spacious living room, complete with a massive king-sized sofa designed for ultimate comfort. The sofa transforms into a cozy king-sized bed, perfect for unwinding. The TV is equipped with a gaming console, pre-loaded with games, plus two controllers, and is connected to Netflix and streaming apps. The kitchen boasts an open layout with everything you need to feel at home, including an ice maker in the freezer. The large dining table comfortably seats five, but can accommodate up to eight. The garage houses brand-new top-of-the-line washer and dryers, and a door leads to the backyard oasis with a large table, fire pit, grill, and chill lighting. A sand pit with chairs, toys, and a surfboard completes the beach experience right in your own backyard. The garage has a 120V Level 1 EV charger for Tesla and J1772 vehicles. Charges at 2-5 miles per hour. Car charging is unavailable from 4 PM to 9 PM due to high electricity costs. San Diego's Pacific Beach neighborhood embodies Southern California’s chill vibe. Situated between the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay, Pacific Beach is an ideal base for exploring San Diego, given its proximity to major attractions. From wide, sandy beaches to trendy rooftop bars and unforgettable fish tacos, Pacific Beach offers a vibrant scene. The neighborhood's 3.2-mile boardwalk connects it to the main strip of bars and restaurants. Pacific Beach is very walkable, but a car is the best way to get around San Diego if you'll be exploring places outside of PB. Uber and Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car. Guests have access to the entire property. The garage is encouraged for parking. Although self-check-in is provided for a completely contactless experience, assistance is available for any questions prior to and during your stay. A Good Neighbor Policy document must be signed online prior to staying to receive check-in info. The dining space doubles as a home office, complete with a printer and office supplies.
