The home is equipped with an AC unit, perfect for those warmer months. The property does not have private parking; all parking is on city streets. Guests will need to find available parking and adhere to all posted street parking signs. We are pet friendly at a fee of $75 per pet, per stay. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and no pets are to be left unattended in the home. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints.
