Street parking is available, although it can be challenging to find a spot at night. Please be mindful of street sweeping days to avoid tickets. Pets are welcome with prior approval and an additional $125 pet fee. Situated within walking distance to Adam's Avenue, you can indulge in craft coffee, cocktails, buzzy local eateries, and live music. Normal Heights, one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in San Diego, offers unique shopping, nightlife, and family-friendly spots. The nearest beach is just a 15-minute drive away, and Trolley Barn Park, a gorgeous playground and park, is also nearby. This studio is located in the back of a main house and is completely detached with no shared walls. However, the parking spot in front of the studio may be used by guests staying in the front house. Additionally, guests of the front house will have access to the washer and dryer located on your patio. San Diego requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying, which must be signed to receive check-in information. This can all be done online. The entire studio is yours to make yourself at home. The patio with a table and chairs outside the studio is also reserved for you, providing a pleasant outdoor space for relaxation or work.
