This is the front house about 40' away from a 2 story back house on property. Mini splits (a/c and heat) in each of the bedrooms and living room (Mitsubishi brand). It has a in unit LG full sized washer and dryer.It has a private yard (~15' by 25' size) with 6' privacy screens around it. Bedrooms are spacious with the main one being 11'2" x 10'- 3" and a slightly smaller second bedroom (~9' x 11'2"). Attached to a garage which will not be rented (owners will be keeping for storage for now which has an exterior door to access). Back door is full glass that can be frosted (if preferred) but view is currently of the green/mountains out back (which is beautiful in the morning). Also, water heater is hybrid (so more efficient). Electric utilities will be in your name, water will be split between the JADU and yourself (50/50 when rented) and will be billed monthly after the fact. Jadu has a back entrance and shared one of the kitchen walls (sound proofed, etc). Trash is free (shared with entire property). Same with internet (seperate network ID). No pets. 650+ credit score. 6 month lease minimum 3 minute drive (12 min walk) to Adams ave (currently north in the quieter nicer area of normal heights). It's at the dead end of a street (lots of street parking and quiet). And next to a walkable open space hiking area.
