Pets are allowed at this home upon approval and there is a $125 pet fee per home. While it's a quiet and relaxing area, having a car is the most convenient way to explore, as public transportation options are limited. Alternatively, Uber and Lyft are readily available for quick trips around town. With local shops, restaurants, and parks nearby, Clairemont provides a comfortable and well-connected home base for your San Diego adventure. No smoking inside unit with a $600 minimum additional odor removal fee. Backyard hours are 8 AM to 10 PM to be courteous to the neighbors and abide by the San Diego City Noise Ordinance.
