Street parking. There is a vegan/organic market about 4 blocks away and killer pizza just two houses down. Gardening covered by owner; Gas and Electric by tenant. $4950 per month with one month deposit. 12 month lease. OB loves dogs, and this house is great for them; Cats fine too.
