Small shed in the backyard. Doggie door to the backyard. Washer and Dryer in the house. Close enough to Newport to walk, but far enough away to not have to deal with quite so much madness. Street parking. There is a vegan/organic market about 4 blocks away and killer pizza just two houses down. Gardening covered by owner; Gas and Electric by tenant. $4950 per month with one month deposit. 12 month lease. OB loves dogs, and this house is great for them; Cats fine too. OB Elementary is a 9/10 elementary school if you have littles. Most of the neighbors are owners or long-term renters. Apply through the site. Available early April 20.
