Ideally it is rented for 3 consecutive months but open to a shorter stay. This is a mid-term rental, 30 day minimum however looking for a 3 month commitment. All utilities included in rent with a maximum monthly SDG&E credit of $300. Bills in excess of $300 will be billed back to the tenant or deducted from the security deposit. $500 cleaning/move out fee. Dogs may be accepted.
