We send out a reference request as a first step so please provide accurate contact information. EVICTIONS: No history of evictions. CO-SIGNERS: Co-signers may be considered if any of these factors are not met. A co-signer must meet the income and credit score criteria as outlined above on their own. HOLDING A PROPERTY: We hold properties for 2 weeks from the date of approval so applicants must be willing to start a lease within that time frame.
