The open-concept layout combines the living, dining, and kitchen spaces, creating an airy, welcoming environment for socializing and relaxing. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures, with quality dishes, utensils, and appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. The main bedroom offers plush bedding and ample storage, while the second bedroom features a bunk bed set-up with two queen-sized beds. The full bathroom, conveniently located between the two bedrooms, is stocked with hotel-quality essentials. Mission Beach is the ultimate destination for excitement and relaxation among San Diego’s beach communities. This lively area is home to the historic Belmont Park, where you’ll find the iconic Giant Dipper wooden rollercoaster and a variety of thrilling attractions. The scenic boardwalk is alive with energy and activity year-round, offering biking, skateboarding, surfing, and classic seaside games. You will have access to the whole condo on the bottom floor, but please do not access the 3rd floor rooftop as it is a private residence occupied by one of the owners. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, and any signs of smoking on the property will result in a minimum $250 fine. Maximum guest capacity is strictly enforced. Check-in is available anytime after 3 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are unavailable due to cleaning schedules. Noise compliance is taken seriously, with fines for formal noise complaints ranging from $300 to $1,000. The cleaning fee is standard per stay and non-negotiable. Beach towels, chairs, and canopies are not provided, but nearby surf shops offer rentals at great rates.
