Built in the summer of 2020, this vacation rental features 10-foot ceilings, a master bedroom with a private bathroom, and a 2nd-story patio and deck with a grill area offering great views of the Mission Beach boardwalk, sand, and Pacific Ocean. The interiors boast high-quality stainless-steel appliances, a modernized kitchen and dining area, and smart TVs throughout the condo. The master bedroom includes a queen bed with a private bathroom, while the guest bedroom offers queen bunk beds. The living room features a large leather couch that pulls out to a queen bed, providing a total of 4 queen beds to sleep 8 guests. A non-negotiable cleaning fee is required for every stay. The home is provided with a starter set of toilet paper and paper towels, but guests may need to replenish their own supplies. Mission Beach is the center of fun and activity among San Diego's beach communities. Belmont Park, an amusement park featuring the Giant Dipper wooden roller coaster, mini golf, a zip line, rock climbing wall, ropes course, and arcade, is just around the corner. Guests have access to the entire 2-bedroom condo on the second floor, but rooftop deck access is prohibited. Violations caught on video may result in a $175 cleaning fee. The property enforces a no-smoking, no-parties policy, with noise ordinances starting at 10 PM. Any evidence of smoking will incur a minimum $250 fine. Noise complaints can result in fines ranging from $300 to $1000. Self check-in is available after 3 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available due to cleaning schedules. Please bring your own beach towels, chairs, and canopy, as these are not supplied.
