920 Washington St Rental

The location of this property is amazing. It's right next to the on/off ramp to the 163, down the street from Scripts Mercy Hospital and UC Medical Center. It's a walking neighborhood full of stores, gyms, bars, eateries, and only two blocks from the Hillcrest sign. It has three car spaces and possibly space for a camper (case by case basis). The living room and kitchen area are combined. Even though there's no stove in the kitchen, there's a portable two top burner, microwave, and toaster oven. The carpet is older (but professionally cleaned) and we are looking for flooring to be installed in the next few months. The internet, water, and electricity are all included in the rent. There's plenty of natural lighting. The home is a photography studio and the apartment is off to the side with it's own entry. We can accommodate short term rentals or a long term rental. We are renting the property for from 7/20-9/20 for $2900, and will go down to $2,200 in September. We will allow a one month rental or longer with the agreed upon pricing.
